Digital twin as a service · for real estate developers

Build the twin once. Sell from it every day.

Pique turns your drawings and a drone flight into a living 3D twin of your project on its real site. Then it keeps working: photoreal stills and films on request, a live sales viewer with every unit, a buyer configurator, and the leads it brings in. One monthly plan, from entitlements to stabilization.

Why Pique

Renderings are a one-off. Your project isn't.

A development is marketed for years: to the city, to investors, to buyers, through construction and into lease-up. Buying visuals one job at a time can't keep up.

  1. 01Every view is a new quoteEach still, film or revision is its own scope, invoice and wait.
  2. 02Out of date by launchFinishes change and phases shift, and the marketing set falls behind the drawings.
  3. 03Pictures don't sell unitsBuyers want to know which unit, what's left and what they could make of it. A static image can't answer that.

The Pique way

One master twin, kept current for the life of the project. Everything your marketing and sales teams need comes out of it, on one monthly plan.

01 The master twin

Your project, on its real site.

We build the twin from what you already have, then fly the site and merge the drone capture, so your building sits among the real trees, roads and neighbors instead of a stock backdrop. Every still, film and sales view comes from this one model, so they all match.

  • Built from PDF plans, DXF or DWG, IFC, Revit or 3ds Max
  • Drone capture of the real site, merged with the design
  • Saved shots with real camera settings: lens, aperture, time of day
  • Notes pinned straight onto the model, where the change goes

02 Photoreal stills

Any view, any hour, on request.

Pick a shot in the twin and tell us what you need: golden hour, holiday lights, a finish change, people and cars. Rendering is AI-assisted but locked to the twin's geometry and checked against it, then finished by D3 artists. Buyers see the building that's actually going up.

  • Unlimited still requests on every plan
  • Touch-ups and changes in the same thread
  • Delivered at up to 5.5K, ready for print

03 Films and reels

Films for every launch, season and post.

Lay out a storyboard from your stills, choose wide, vertical or square, and we turn it into motion: launch films, seasonal reels, construction progress, social cuts. Pro and Enterprise plans include reels you can make yourself, right in the portal.

  • Storyboard to stills to film, in one place
  • 16:9 for the website, 9:16 and 1:1 for social
  • Share a finished film to your public page in one click

04 Requests and turnaround

A production queue you can actually see.

Ask for anything from the portal, or drop a pin on the twin exactly where the change goes. Requests line up, start the moment a slot frees up, and come back within your plan's turnaround. Comments, changes and approvals happen in one thread, and everyone gets an email when it's their move.

  • 1, 2 or 3 requests in production at once, depending on plan
  • A due date the moment work starts
  • Turnaround tracked request by request, against your plan

For sales

The twin becomes your sales center.

Everything a buyer needs to choose a unit, in one link that opens on any phone. No app, no sign-in, no headset.

05 3D sales viewer

Every unit, live, in 3D.

Each unit is colored by status, and your sales team updates it in seconds. Buyers tap a unit for its size, specs and interior packages, and its price if you choose to show it. Cutaway shows the floors; Exterior shows the doors and facades.

06 Buyer configurator

Buyers design their own unit.

A live 3D configurator for every unit: floors, walls, lighting, lifts, mezzanines, bars and storage. When buyers like what they've built, they can see it photoreal after leaving their email. You get a lead with real intent, and daily limits keep rendering costs in check.

  • Photoreal views behind a confirmed email

07 Share and capture

One link. Every channel. Every lead.

Switch on the public page and share it anywhere: a link that opens straight on the unit a buyer asked about, QR codes for site signs and flyers, an embed for your website. Enquiries and photoreal requests land in a simple pipeline, and insights show which units buyers open and explore most, without tracking who they are.

Illustrations with sample numbers. A weekly digest of new leads and interest also lands in your inbox.

08 The area

Sell the location, not just the building.

Zoom out to a 5-mile ring of the highways, beaches, golf, shopping, schools and airports around the site, each with its distance and drive time. Your team can hide or add places, and buyers see the same list on the public page.

  • Rings at 1, 3 and 5 miles
  • Drive times without traffic, highway exits included
  • A shareable link that opens on the map

The portal

One place for the whole team.

Your phase, your queue, your turnaround, your sales and your leads, on one screen. Everyone sees what they need and nothing they don't.

Who we are

Made by the people who make your renderings.

For more than 13 years, d3 creative studio has made photoreal imagery and interactive presentations for developers across Florida: high-rise condos, master-planned communities, resorts and venues. Pique is that craft, turned into a service that lasts as long as your project does.

Questions

Good to know.

Do we need a Revit or BIM model?

No. We can build the twin from PDF plans or CAD drawings. IFC, Revit and 3ds Max files help us move faster, but they aren't required.

What do buyers need to see it?

Just a link. The public page runs in any modern browser, phones included. No app, no sign-in, no headset.

Are the photoreal images made with AI?

They're AI-assisted, and every one starts from your twin's actual geometry and is checked against it, so the building isn't invented. D3 artists finish and review every still before it reaches you.

Who updates unit status and prices?

Your sales team, from the same portal, in seconds. You decide whether prices appear on the public page.

How is turnaround counted?

From when your request starts production. Essential delivers in 3–4 days, Pro in 48–72 hours and Enterprise in 24–48 hours, with up to 1, 2 or 3 requests in production at once.

What happens to buyer information?

Enquiries go only to your team's pipeline. Insights count visits and the units people look at without identifying anyone.

Can we run more than one project?

Yes. Each project has its own twin, plan and team, all in the same portal.

Book a demo

Ready to make your competitors nervous?

We'll walk you through a live twin, from the studio to the public page, and show you what yours would look like.
